All HCX figures are currently in pre-order. You pay 30% of the product price plus full shipping and tax upfront. The remaining 70% of the product price is collected when the figure is ready to ship. This locks in your order and guarantees you receive any pre-order exclusive bonuses that won't be available later.

Estimated shipping dates vary by product — check each figure's detail page for the projected release window. Once the figure arrives at our warehouse, we'll notify you via email to collect the 70% product balance. Your order will then be shipped via international air freight within 3-5 business days, with full tracking provided.

Yes. You may cancel before the figure enters production. Deposits are refundable within 30 days of placing your order. After that, a 15% cancellation fee applies. Contact us at support@elitefigureco.com to initiate a cancellation.

Yes, we ship worldwide with two options: Air Freight (3-10 business days) or Sea Freight (15-45 business days). Air is faster and costs more; Sea is cheaper but takes longer. You can choose your preferred method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and product size. Every figure is double-boxed with custom foam inserts to prevent damage during transit.

We double-box every order with custom foam inserts for air freight transit protection. If damage occurs during shipping, send photos to support@elitefigureco.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace the damaged parts or send a full replacement at no extra cost.
